Im not sure which kit the Loki one is, but I know that the Trumpeter Karl comes with crew figures included.
Trumpeter also released these figures seperatly I believe. They are a bit rough but can be used. Another option is DML did a set of crew figures for the leopard rail gun that could be used as well.

Unfortunately, that does not make them any easier to locate. I believe the kit is Tamiya. I didn't really pay that much attention to the manufacturer. Thanks anyway.

Only Trumpeter and DML make 1/35 kits of the Moser so it has to be one of those two.
Heres some links to crew figures for you:
http://www.ask-models.com/shop/trumpeter/military-1/35/trumpeter-1/35-german-morser-karl-artillery-crew-8-figures-/prod_2068.html
Thats trumpeters set for the Moser
But equally you could use some crew figures designed for the Leopold railway gun (some slight modification might be needed)
Trumpeter:

DML did a set of crew figures for the rail gun as well, but I cant seem to find them anywhere

I believe the Dragon figure set in question is #6201, 'German artillery crew' .
Got one set in my stash, looks like the usual Dragon set. Nice mouldings & detail. Two pairs of arms are provided for each figure to enable alternate poses. I bet one could combine several sets to get even more poses with little work.

All right, guys. Thank you for all of the help. I am going to close this thread and crawl back into my room of armor and body parts.
