Would early Tiger Is (ausf. H1 I think) and late Tiger Is (ausf. E) have operated together at any time in Russia?
Thinking about a diorama depicting an early and a late on the prowl in the snow.
(more fun to build 1 of each as opposed to 2 of the same )
Thanks, Peter

Absolutley. "Tiger I on the Eastern Front" outlines several cases, the most remarkable being chassis #250005, one of the first Tigers delivered to sPz Abt 502.It began as panzer 113, then 3, then 14, and finally 113. It served with the unit until late spring 1944.
