Is nato brown leather brown and the green bronze green? If so are the Tamiya colours accurate?

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but here's a colour comparison chart for the major paint makers:

They are very close. You should note that the stuff does weather a bit depending on who actally painted the vehcle, OEM or depot.

I use lightened Polly scale NATO green, black and brown. I have not seen the tamiya colors in person to see if there is any major difference. Of course, after the shading, weathering, decals, etc. I am not sure if any difference would be apparent. As far as I call tell Nato green is close to Revell bronze green and Nato brown is close to Revell Leather brown.
