A nice paint job. Perhaps you could repair the antenna with some stretched sprue filament, though in any case some of these had just straight rod antennae.
One thing - not sure if the kit suggested that you turn the front wheels, or if you just chose to do that yourself, but I think I am right in saying that the steering is on all eight wheels - the front two turn the same way, the rear two in the opposite direction.
It's hard to see clearly in many photos, the best I could find was this one of someone's 1/6 scale model, but it is very clear in the top shot on this page: http://www.panzerbaer.de/workshop/chil_mod_08-a.htm
and you can just about see it in this photo of a real example: http://www.warwheels.net/images/sdkfz234_3BovingtonPMK3.jpg

I agree with this.....normaly the 8 wheels turns...at different degrees
