Was over at PMMS and saw the Tamiya releases for August. Desert versions of the M113A2 and the M2A2. Also a pretty cool set of modern American vehicle stuff. I couldn't link directly to the pictures so I have posted the URL to the PMMS site.

Shaun,
It is actually old news - I posted first "early warning" here in May in the"New (partially) stuff from Tamiya soon!" thread. However the release date was not known back then.
These kits are not quite new - they are based on old Tamiya kits, with just a few parts added. Unfortunately updates are not complete and these models still will not build correct new versions of both vehicles out of the box. But accessories set really looks interesting!

Anyone knows how many IFFs are there in a set?
