Hi fellow builders. This is my first diorama and I thought that I ought to share it with you all, since I enjoy all your stuf on this site. I normally enjoy building German WWII tanks and Russian tanks, but I needed a little change, so when Italeri came out with this kit I just had to buy it.
The diorama is not finished jet, so give me some feedback on the projekt.

Nice and tight composition, a great way to exibit the tank.
Maybe depress the gun a bit so it points towards the fleeing enemys.
Cheers/jan

A very nice dio, tells a lot in a small area.
You have done this very well I must say. Is the figure from Dragon? You have done a good job with him. The sandbags are also nicely done.
Congrats, a nice scene.

Nice one, Johan!
The sand looks real good! How did you do that?
The figure looks very good too, but it looks like the barrel of his gun is bent.
As for the tank, that also looks good, but I think the chipping is a bit on the heavy side.
I also do think that you should pay a bit more attention to the tracks. They seem very loose, like on the left side sprocket and they do not line up at the joint between the trackends, which is a real shame.
A few small points on a otherwise great dio. You can be proud of it!

Dear Jan, Stefan, James and Ron.
Thank you a lot for the nice comments and I'm honoured that modellers of your class spent some time looking at my dio.
I've been working on it for a couple of months and it had to be a small and compact dio, because I'm a student and live in a 36 square meter flat.
I used friul tracks but I will try to make them fit both the tank and the ground better (good comment Ron).
About my chipping of paint.... I know that it is too much, but I tried some knew techniques and they worked, so I guess I got carried away. I had some problems with the gunbarrel. Unfortunately I didn't buy a barrel from Royal or some other company, because the one that came with the box had flaws around the breech.
The Dragon figure came with the 6491 - Hunting the Partisans Yugoslavia 1943 box. The only thing to complain about this figure is the helmet, which lacks detail.
I'll post some more pictures, as I continue my work with the dio.

Great work Johan! The chipping is very well done and really adds a lot to the tank I think, I also agree with others that while its a smaller tight diorama, it really has a good sense of action and is very dynamic.
The figure is especially good, do you have any closeup photos of him? Can't really tell from these pictures but the face especially seems very good!
