Bulgaria uses T-72M2, I'm not sure about others...
It seems also that Slovakia has some. Possibly Belarus also but I would need to check, I know that after the fall of the USSR Belarus got a lot of T-80, not sure about T-72M2 though.
As for Dolly Parton, that was the nickname for the T-72A if I remember rightly.

It was called Dolly Parton due to the add on armor bulge on each side of the gun
I have a Dragon kit and I wanted to build it with marking other than Russia

Heres a photo of a Bulgarian T-72M2, it's rather spartan and doesnt seem to have any obvious markings though I'm afraid
Also this page has some cool images as well as an interesting Slovakian variant with extra AA guns

Hi Billy, Wikipedia has that photo listed as T-72M2. Maybe they have their designation wrong on their photo, sorry about that!
According to the details in Wikipedia Cuba also has some T-72M2.

Dragon's T-72M2 depicts this version:
It is also known as T-72B in Russia. Georgia (and maybe another ex-USSR countries) uses the T-72B with ERA. Best regards.
José.

T-72 designations are such a mess...Russia, NATO, ex-Warsaw countries...What makes it more difficult, is that it was produced in more countries (such as Poland and Czechslovakia) .
So you'd better follow the photos.
Here in Hungary, M2 stands for the version with extra armour, normal smoke grenades, three stowage bins, and snorkel on the back.
T-72AV is the same, but with new smoke grenade launcher and ERA.
We have four of them, but the ERA fittings are different from the usual. They are from Belarous.

Best designations for T-72 can be found here: T-72A and T-72B
Essentially:
T-72
T-72A
T-72M (T-72 export version)
T-72B
T-72M1 (T-72A export version)
T-72S (T-72B export version)
T-72BM (T-72 with K-5 ERA)
The T-72M2 actually would be the T-72S. Iran makes the T-72S under license, and Moracco has bought some. Russia has some from a deal that fell through.
Some T-72B's have been exported, not sure where. Mostly from non-Russian stocks, not positive that Russia has sold any T-72B's.
