Tamiya 1/35 JS2 return rollers - parts A34 and A33.
These are keyed to each other with a very tiny key thats almost impossible to work with. Any way around this?
Appreciate your help guys!

Same problem as with the AFV Club return rollers for the Centurions. I use a liberal dose of CA all the way around after cementing them. It doesn't show, so I don't care what it looks like.

Whats it got to do with the dml kit? I have the tamiya kit and all i can offer is to be very careful gluing the pieces together, and if you can try and make a small jig or something to get them together in a steady way, this is the sort of problem solving that comes with modelling. cheers Bob.

I found the easiest way to assemble these is to use a lump of blue tack on the front side to hold the hub piece while I handle it, you can then put glue on it and position it quite easily. You still need to watch the alignment though, the bolts should line up with the bars on the wheel, not sit in between.
