What is the name for the new thick antennae used on Hummers, Guardians and MRAPS?
Also, are they specific to the Iraqi theater? I want to use one on a M1117 Guardian in Kosovo, but I have yet to find a picture to back it up.
Any help is appreciated,
Mark L.

Hmmm... Guess I'll have to plug my M1117 Walkaround CD as well. These images are from it. Note the other two antennae at the right rear as well as the Duke at the left rear. Can't help you with Kosovo, but after working with the Slovenians last summer, my feeling is "no."

Thanks for the come back. The antenna I am referring to is in this photo:
The large diameter tan one over the spot light. Is this the DUKE you are referring too?

Yes, it's barely visible in both photos. In actuality, I was photographing the Rhino and the Driver's Vision Enhancer at the time.
