Haven't seen photos specifically of Egyptian T-34's, but the starfish wheels are generally associated with the 1962 upgrade program.

Yes , They have them.
It`s not T-55 Starfish wheels just they look like . They are the same diameter in the metal section but the rubber is t34 not t55 and the wheels are narrower than the t-55.
In 1:35 you can use the dragon `nam series wheel , this have correct size but wrong shape or you use the tamiya or the new trumpeter wheel . But they are wider about 2mm than they should be. There is no other option.
If you use the tamiya/trumpeter wheel you should enlarge the 5 little holes in the front of the wheel.
And the egyiptians have different hubcaps.

1962 upgrade, don't you mean the 1969 upgrade? That's when the so called "starfish" wheels started to be used on T34s. The only Egyptain T34 varients I've seen with them are T34-100s. They were built in the late `70s. So to answer his question, no, they would not have been used in `56 or `67.
