Well - here is the new antenna. I'm going to try to tighten the tie down 'rope'
I used a bit of hobby wire (the green covered stuff). I made a spring out of straight hobby wire wrapped around the green kind. Then the tie down is COAX sheathing wire.

The 50 cal is basically the kit version with the Edward PE kit parts. The Edward kit is for the overall M106. It included the handles (back and barrel), sights, ammo box holder, and air cooler sheath.
