Which boxing of the Skif 1/35 BMP-3 kit has the thermal sight that is seen on the export versions (Cyprus, UAE etc.) of the BMP-3? I understand these parts are on the "K" sprue, which is certainly included in the Unimodel "BMP-3 Export Version" boxing. But is this sprue included in the standard Skif BMP-3 boxes?

Hello, on my "standard" BMP-3 kit (No. 204), I only have sprues from A to F.
So there is no K-sprue.
I collect the instructions from my built kits.

Hmm, if you would wait a bit... Trumpeter has some plans for different BMP-3 versions!
A first picture of the UAE-version (United Arabian Emirates) was shown here!
So possibly you could have a better quality for your needs.

you have to buy the skiff export version,but......your so wanted periscope is of medium quality.i just throw it away.you better wait for trumpeter to come out. send me your e-mail and i ll send it to you.x-mas present. i have a big stock of......periscopes.

AFAIK, thermal comes in UM's re-boxing of Skif's plastic; very basic and molded in soft,waxy plastic. Like others say, you will be better off waiting for Trumpy kit to finally release.
