Is it possible for me to remove the shi**y zimmerit job I did on my tank... from last year??

Its possible to remove it using aceton free nailpolish remover and q tips ...... at least take off the heaviest of it. See roadkills homepage and check under tips, he explains it in much more detail!

acetone can do a damn damn on plastic, it is highly volitle, smells bad etc. If you've got a moto tool (AKA Dremel) I would sand it down and then re-zimmerit. You probably can get by with leaving some of the old stuff on. I don't know what kind of tank you're doing this too or how thick the paste you put on is.. You could chip it all up to give it an "old-worn " look which might actually come out better than trying to re-do it.
