You did a great job. I really like the weathering and the figure. One bit of constructive criticism - I would suggest that you paint the shovel blade, pry-bar and pick-head natural metal, as these were not typically painted OD green (or if they were, it usually wore off quickly when the tools were put to use in the field).

Tools on US tanks were usually painted Olive Drab. Occasionally, they would be delivered unpainted or painted with black paint on the metal parts only. Unpainted tools are much more common on scale models than they were in real life because they add visual interest, but OD tools are not incorrect. The factory applied lead based paint was also pretty durable, though some wear on the shovel tip would not be out of place.
The build and weathering are very impressive.
