Dear friends,
I am in need of help for 2 pieces of USA Star decals for my Sherman turret, I lost 2 big star decals in a blotched paint work.
I am modeling the Sherman M4A3 75MM, "Caballero" 6th Armored Division, 69th Tank Battalion in Ardennes.
Can anyone spare me 2 USA stars?
Thanks
Kiongs

Kiong don't forget that many crews painted over the stars with OD, black or even mud due to them acting as a tempting aiming point for anti tank gunners so that could be an option if your "historically flexible" There are pics of shermans with holes right in the middle of the stars, ouch.
Good luck!

The other option is to get some US WW2 stencils and you can then paint stars to your hearts content.

Hi Erik,
Its the 1/35 scales stars. The slightly bigger ones they fit on the sides of the hull.
Cheers

Hi, Kiongs. I have some I could send, if Erik can't spare them. I could send the Tamiya "Early Prodection" sheet. You don't by any chance have figures for the M8/M20 you'd be willing to part with?
I'd be happy to send the decals either way, of course!

Happy New Year to all.
I still must look for the decals.
Have been away for a few days.
This evening I'll let you know.

Hi Kiong,
The only one I've found are from a M-47 Patton Tank.
Approximately 1,5 cm. big.
If you can use them give me a sign.
