Hi brent,
these was discuss in another Thread and i hope i could help you a little bit.
Check out this link, is a great article by Pat Mcgrath here from Armorama https://armorama.kitmaker.net/modules.php?
op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=2455
and here is a very good how to do from TASCA Website: http://www.tasca-modellismo.com/english/item3.html
Here you cn see that the result is very good but itīs not easy to do. There are several Mediums for Decals to smooth them so you get it very flat like it was painted.
Here is for example an how to do from Michael Pino: http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/tnt1/001-100/TNT065_Decals_Pino/tnt065.htm
Hope it helps
Greetings
Stefan

Happy new Year Brent ,
no problem, your welcome. Any questions will be answerd if can help. Good look with the Decals. I will try it out by myself. I think you will need good nerves and a steady hand.

Brent,
I am a huge fan of Trumpeter,but I have to agree with Frank.
They do suck.I tried and tried to apply it and finally gave up and used paint.It's not worth your time or aggravation.
