I have the original sticker, was not used.
They are pretty new, do not be yellow.
Where should I send you by mail.

Yes, the paint job and weathering looks great!
Just to second the comment a couple of posts above, my BRDM-2's "rubber" wheels cracked apart less than a year after building it. I would seriously consider replacing the kit tires with an after-market set.
Keep up the good work!
David

Hi again,
Thank you for the nice comments.
Juge75, thank you for your comments and the offer for the decals. But I have already applied the decals so for this kit I have to live with those decals.
But they are really terrible and I think they ruined the kit
They stand like 0.5mm thick over the hull.
David I've heard about the tyres in these dragon kits. Because of that I keep away from enamels for the tyres. But we will see whether these will crack as well. Who knows maybe some manufacturer out there decides to come up with a decent BRDM in the future
On the other hand here are some new images. I have applied hairspray on the vehicle number decal. And then overpainted it with green and removed the hairspray and the paint over with water and a brush.
Sprayed buff on the vehicle lower parts. After that sprayed flat earth on the very lower sides this time to come up with a gradual dusting effect.
Some chips are added and some are corrected. But I'm not so sure I do this chipping right
Anyway still some work to do, but I feel this build is about to be finished.
Thanks for looking and commenting.

Don't be so hard on yourself, this looks fantastic. For what the kit lacks in detail (old Dragon kit
) you really have made up for in the finishing. Keep it up...it's all coming together!

Thanks Sean
I'm really not sure this kit deserves this much effort. But at least, I've tried some technics I've wanted to try.
I think that most of the modern armor cannot be weathered this much, the troops simply doesn't allow that. At least that's what I think. But some among us can answer this more precisely. But BRDMs from what I've seen from the photos are prone to weathering, chipping, scratches etc.

I had paused my work on the BRDM for some time. Finally I have decided to finish this kit and get it over.
So basically I have applied pigments to the tyres. Painted the machine guns, lights, etc. Applied a satin coat and also did some fuel/oil leaks on the fuel caps at the rear and the bolts on the rims.
Here are the images:

Some additional images:

So this one goes to the shelf. I have also made a base for this kit with the help of a friend. I will post the images of BRDM2 on the base as soon as possible.
I hope you like what you see and thanks again for the comments.
