Hi all

Having just put all my current projects on the back of the shelf for a while, ive finally given in to the urge and have pulled not 1 or 2 but 4 Strykers out of the cupboard. Trumpeter M1127 RV and AFV Club M1126, M1128 MGS, M1134 TUA.

Ive recently discovered some pics online of strykers deployed in Afghanistan painted in desert sand with slat armour ive decided that thats what i would like to do.

My question is can anybody advice me on what detail and slat armour sets are available for all the above kits and which are recommended. Ive seen loads for the IFV but havnt found much at all for the RV MGS and TUA. I would consider scratchbuilding the armour if its easy anough, has anybody got any advice, or maybe some blueprints there as well. What about the current armour packages that ive been seeing gradually appearing on them.

Any advice at all would be really appreciated or iff im just talking a load of whaffle tell me to bogoff.

Also i would like to have a go at a build log on here for this project as its something ive not done yet. What do i need to do?
