Have you looked at the Historicus Forma section in this Kitmaker Network? It is mainly on figure modelling. Go and have a look and browse around to see if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck

Head over to Historicus Forma there should be plenty there to help you with painting and sculpting/modifying figures.
