It features propaganda posters (mainly WW2) from many countries. What you could do is download the image, scale it up and print on a quality color printer... Voila, you have your own propaganda posters ready to put on your dioramas.

On my site De Modelbouwer
there is a page where you can find also a lot of propagana posters of all country's.
Just click on the topic " gratis " on the left.
There is a button with all sorts of posters and a lot of other things....
Just simply load all posters on one page and print them..... et voilá

Personaly, I've chosen another option : I baught propaganda and advertisement posters and maps... They are very well printed and pretty cheap !
