I am doing the LeFH18 for the Barb Build, just want to make this post for those of you interested in this kit.
1. If you want to use this kit as an OOB build as a break from all the PEs, you will have a nasty surprise, there are many many small parts in it, that are attached to the tree with thick attachments, cutting them out is a nightmare. Personally, I found making Aber PEs to be easier.
2. The Instruction is not very clear, you need to read it very carefully, especially the carriage part.
3. On the instruction, it didn't mentioned the install of part A51, you should make it along whilste you attach A50, before the adding of the gunsight, otherwise, it will be difficult to attach the part A51 after you adding the gunsight
All these said, it's a very nice kit once built, I had the gun itself done, looked detailed, AM company would have a hard time to come up with AM upgrade for this kit.
I will recommend this kit to experienced modelers, definitely not a snap fit kit like Tamiya's recent release. Beginners would have hard time, and find the building to be frustrating.
