Can somebody tell me if USMC steel use AAVR-7A1 RAM/RS in Iraq with any modifications espetially made for this war?

I have done a fair amount of research on this subjust so I will try to help you out but I am not exactly sure what you are asking. When first deployed to Iraq the AAV divisions went in with their regular equipment and their AVVs covered with lots of various stowage like all other armor during the march. Later on in Iraq the AAVs started adopting things like the DUKE antenna, Boomerang anti-sniper etc. A Hobbyboss RAM/RS kit or Hobbyboss EAAK kit should be fine OOTB for an early OIF vehicle.
