Hey for your first attempt not to bad. Just a few pointers that I have noticed. I think your depicting it in a training setting minus the slat armor and that is good. The uniforms look like the old woodland camo and not that new army digital camo they wear. The weapons on one figure look like the M16A1 series. I think the M1130 Strykers have a exhaust deflector mounted as well, since I am at work I don't have a reference book handy. I think the helmuts are the the older "Fritz" style as well.

The weathering is great. I always like mine to look well used so I am big into weathering, wet and dry washes really set out the vehicle. I built a Leopard 2A6 for the BIg Cat campaign and compared a couple of photos on weathering vs non weathering. It really sets it apart when you do that. I also use colored chalk as well for making it look dusty.

Hope my words aren't to harsh, really, for your first build it is a great looking model and I hope to see more of your posts.

Hi thanks for your kind words and constructive criticisms ! APpreciated!

Your right about the old style camo uniforms...i decided to go for that as i the new style digitised camo is way too hard to paint. so i decided this will be an older run in the mill mission. the figures are from trumpeter depicting a 2003 OIF hence i think thats why u have the older style helmets and such

Otherwise the build was really OOB and i think trumpy did a pretty good job of it and any missing parts i hope in future i will be able to put em on?

Trumpy does make a good Stryker. I built the M1126 2 years ago and it was a blast! Just fun, OTB and it was quick. I like the straps that you have holding down the items on the deck. How did you make them?

I have read some info on doing that digi camo. You can do a search for it on the Armorama website. It was described as painting small squiggly lines with a 50x magnifier. HA. My Leopard crew has some W.German camo, check it out.

Hi

The tie down straps are actually provided by Trumperter as this build is OOB. They are actually just strips of paper...
