i have seen a number of sf pics with sleeve rolled up or short tho

it shows that some of the m4's still have the front sights, but even if they don't most people probably won't even know it's not super correct

Change the heads out for ones with facial hair...especially for Special Forces troops in Afghanistan. Might be best to add the facial hair to keep the sunglasses.

replacement heads...or try and ad some beards to the existing ones with mr surfacer?
