I need some help with Lucky model i place a order on 12/28/09 at the time all the items were in stock but as soon as the payment was aproved they were nolonger available is they away to get a hold of them to find out how much longer it will take to fill the order ????????????

That happened to me. I logged into my account and select "my request" and sent them an email with my order number. They responded in 24 hours and credited my money back

Luckymodel is great with customer service, at least in all of my cases. Just open a request like Jason said and they should write back within a day and instantly credit your account. You can get your money back in Paypal or whatever you used but you need to ask because they would rather give you store credit and it may take up to a week for the money to show up.
