The vehicle would be finished in overall Russian 4BO Protective Green, which is approximately FS-34102 or FS-34096, both colors available from Model Master as USAF cammo colors. Tracks and wheel rims would be dark steel. The tracks may have rust in the recesses of the track face. You'll need assorted other colors for details, flat black, rust, silver (for the headlight reflector), and wood brown for tool handles, unless you prefer to paint them green. Weather with whatever earth tones you like.
