As seen here

I've never heard of them and can't find anything on them on the net. He has quite a few that look quite good but don't know whether or not the quality is any good.

Hi,

once there was a company called "model-in" that sold resin figures on Ebay. Now the call themselves resinkit-de. The problem is that these chinese company sold and still sells copies of resin figures from Verlinden, Warriors, Legend, S&T and many others. Sometimes they just change the pose of an arm or leg, or change the heads. But it is still a copy!
The chinese company also has a website with the same fake figures on your link and they sell them for 5.99 $!
The figures look very much like Verlinden figures.
Don't buy them because you will just get a copy for a really bad price.

He's a counterfeiter... well known to the figure producing manufacturers. The lowest of the low, using their workmanship and talent to then make illegal copies and sell on ebay. A scumbag as Roger Saunders of Hornet & Wolf would say.

Scums like this are why we don't see full figures from Mr. Saunders anymore.
Once at Euromilitaire, he told me "it's just not worth it".

The bad thing is that nonone can stop these illegal copies. If one shop is taken down, the next day there is a new one. Different name, same [auto-censored]. It is really a pity. The only chance to stop this is that nobody buys it anymore.

To everybody who loves this wonderful hobby: STOP BUYING COPIES from CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It will destroy the development of our hobby.

So their attitude is, "It's okay until I get caught and threatened." Really reputable above-board kind of .

Gents
Let's not single out China for making counterfeit figures.
I've seen counterfeit figures from Belgium, Poland, Australia,
US, etc.

Also, let's not single out the seller for this illegal activity.
I doubt that modelers are that naive when shopping online
these days. We know exactly what we buy before typing in
our CC info... right?

And circulation of counterfeit figures will cause increase in
retail price. So the sellers and buyers of the fakes are doing
so on your expense.

I've seen these knock-offs and the quality is bad. You may think you're saving money, but you'd find them difficult to use. You'll end up paying for the real thing in the end, so stick with the originals.

Unfortunately, in the hobby industry knock-offs are rampant. It reminds me of an anecdote that was told to me about a Japanese RC engine maker complaining to his Chinese counterpart telling him to stop copying his engines designs. The reply from the Chinese president was, "Why?".

Australia????? That’s a first for me Taesung. Not good. I would love to know who that was.
I get people calling me all the time to recast other company’s figures and armour kits. So I say yep! Not a problem at all, I will do it, for about AUD $10,000 per kit. That covers me for the rubber, resin, time, reputation and lawyers. Funny how they then ask me not to worry about it.

Cheers Jason

I visited Australia some years ago. It's a beautiful place!~ Loved Melbourne and Lorn.
Anyway, I ran into a bunch of Verlinden copies by chance at a local gathering.
