Guys, have we turned into the resin & styrene version of "Project Runway" or "What Not To Wear?"
If Alan's camo is based on the historical record, then it doesn't matter if we like it or not. I'd rather he use something wild and outrageous that's true to the history than soften it because we're all used to something else.
The French 1940 camo schemes are very different from what we see in the average kit, and waaaaaay out in left field compared to the dull painting options for most Allied or Soviet vehicles.
I say "Bravo, Mate!" Would like to see more French and BEF offerings here. My dueling Sd.Kfz.7 builds will have France 1940 camo. It's surprisingly the most electric military campaign of the 20th Century, the one that gave the world the term "Blitzkrieg," gets so little attention from modelers.
