One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

thats when you stand there frozen with the decision " if i move towards the cat he/she may jump and launch all of the models to the floor , or do i stand here waiting hoping that he/she just jumps down without a trace of being up there , hoping that he/she dosent start chewing on a barrel or antennae."

Looks like my cat.
Might I recommend keeping the door to that room closed? Or painting kitty CADPAT to match the decor.

Hi Rick. How I see this, its your own fault. Nobody to blame but yourself.
So many shelves for cats to jump up on and they´re half empty!
Get building, and let this cat know what the shelves are for

I'd like to know where you purchased those free floating shelves.

Robert,
IKEA carries those shelves. I've been meaning to pick some up for a while to get my tanks off my book cases so I can put my books away. Kitty has inspired me to jump in the car shortly.

I had a bunch of Armor Die-cast aircraft in 1/48s up on a high shelf in a bedroom. My cat found a way to get up to this shelf and chew on props etc.
Her final act before I caught her? Dumping three German planes to the floor, 2 more and she will be an ace. She didn't touch the American planes other then chewing on a P-38 prop.
She also chewed a few tank barrels on my bench...

Stationary target. Accuired, lock and load. FIREEEEE! Rounds complete. Bad bad cat! Must be related to zoomer who took out a dio a few years ago. Chewed all the trees to stumps and figures died a horrible chewed up death. Dumb cat thought it was a beaver. No more cat problems here. Bye Bye kittys.

Be one dead cat at my house. Of course you could always get one of those radio controled tanks that come equipped with a built in air soft cannon he he he. Destroyer of pop cans and frightener of itty bitty kittys you would become.

That would be one dead CAT, or it would learn how to survive outside.
