OK, so its not armor, well not traditional armor. It is a heavy metal object though....I don't usually build ships, but I just finished a 1/720 USS Roosevelt for a family member. You can check it out here.

Nice work Gino, and a nice diversion from armor. I'm fond of battleships myself - big tanks that float, right? I go aboard those preserved as museums every chance I get, it's incredible how they work.

Thanks Matt. It was a nice break from armor. I always like to stop at the floating museums as well. The USS Midway in San Diego is awesome.

Man realy it was a nice build but with your skill, I would have hoped you would have made more of an effort to folded the jets wings. They look like small plastic jets with the wings bent upwards. If you had cut the folded wing parts off and only glued the edges, this would have shown the sepporation of the parts and looked a bit better. On your blast shelds you still can use black and gray pigments to give them that used look. An try and rub some black pigment on the run-ways (shows use) from take offs and landings.
Over all its not bad at all, grate job "M8"

I like it. it looks very nice, though i don't see myself building one. all the tiny helicopters and aircraft really add to the "real life" feeling.
