Hi Guys,

With the master for my Churchill interior completed, and production of the kit well under way, I thought you might like to follow production of the second kit to be released: and Interior for the Tamiya Matilda

Here are the first masters:
the Firewall

various items of hull and turret stowage:

Sponson ammunition stowage modules:

The basket floor:

the 2pdr (partial as the rest will be rendered in etch)

The coaxial besa:

The parts to add the inside of the mantlet (missing in the kit)

and finally, various turret stowage parts (more to come)

As with the Churchill MkIII kit, this kit will provide a full turret and fighting compartment interior and will comprise resin, etched brass, styrene and wire (with a wiring diagram) to let you wire up the radio etc

More soon,

Chris

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, but I'm waiting on further internal photographic reference from a friend. Once I have this, this blog will resume

Good news though, thanks to a deal struck, the instructions on the final kit will include exclusive photographic reference from the interior of a real Matilda

Thanks guys. I'd like to have some new shots for you, but I want to wait until the reference arrives.

I don't want to be making anything someone would need to correct, or that wouldn't be accurate for someone building the kit, so its worth the wait!
