This isn't a diorama but I feel like this is my place, I don't know anyone in the AFV section..
So, the inspiration to make this piece came after coming across the following photos:
Then I ended up creating a conversion in resin and used it on an Airfix Jeep:

And here's how it looks now after the following steps: grey primer, black undercoat using Tamiya paints, olive drab also using Tamiyas, details painted with Vallejo, Pledge floor wax overcoat, oil wash using Windsor&Newton paint and Mig Thinner For Washes, final coat with Testors Flat Lacquer and finally dry-pastel powder.

Good point Jean-Bernard. I hadn't thought about it but I'll try to get some figures at least. I have some other projects right now but sculpting a driver and a standing soldier interacting some way would definitely be cool...
