The inspiration to make this piece came after coming across the following photos:


Then I ended up creating a conversion in resin and used it on an Airfix Jeep:

And here's how it looks now after the following steps: grey primer, black undercoat using Tamiya paints, olive drab also using Tamiyas, details painted with Vallejo, Pledge floor wax overcoat, oil wash using Windsor&Newton paint and Mig Thinner For Washes, final coat with Testors Flat Lacquer and finally dry-pastel powder.

Wow, Francisco,

That's quit an interesting and obscure project you've posted. You've done a wonderful job. I like it! Nice base to complement and give scale to that small jeep. Looks like a much larger scale build too!

What a marvellous little beast you've created. As Eddy stated, it could definitely pass as a larger scale. Thanks for sharing this truly unique build.
