CIPs on a camo vehicle could be either dark green or sand, depending on what was ordered and issued.

Interesting looking build, I think your front bumper is on upside down though.

Yup, it is. The whole front grill is out too far on the bottom edge too. The square blocks on the bottom edge (hood hinges) should be behind the bumper and fit into slots on the frame.

Well the Majors have spoken.
Now for a few words of encouragement. I think your camo net looks very good. I'd like to know how you did it.
The camo paint job also isn't bad. It might be a tad dark, but it's well done. I would definitely flatten the finish.

Actually, I haven't been a major in half a decade.

LoL Sabot....Thats funny.
wseifert, the guys were just pointing some things out and weren't intending to be 'gruff' or discouraging. Its ok.
Paul,
First, I want to say welcome to Armorama. It is great to see you here.
Thats an interesting HMMWV variant that I haven't seen built. Thanks for posting your work. I may have to add this kit to my stash to be modified. Overall a decent job. Keep building!

Paul, I have this same kit sitting primed up. I had all kinds of fit problems with the doors & roof and the body sits funny on the frame. The supplied 50 cal was pretty bad (partial mold) so I replaced it with a M-60 for now. I'm still unsure what I am going to do with mine. Maybe a SWAT type vehicle. Maybe a vehicle for my counter-zombie agents.

I think this is pretty much done ,once again I have probably gone to far with weathering but I needed to muddy it up to cover some balls ups. Terrible kit to build with alot of miss fitting parts, If you see any area that needs redress let me know, the front cam net will be weathered when dry
