The only one I know of off hand is a resin kit by Resicast called the Cat / Le Turneau bulldozer kit # 35144. It sells for a little over $100! It's pretty darn cool though.
Another one, although it's a UK version: Kit # 35142
You could also opt for the Sherman dozer conversin from Resicat kit # 35101
or Verlinden's M1 Dozer Conversion, kit # 0646
