Hi
I thought that had been released by them years ago.
I see.........my mistake I see it's a 1/48th forum entry.

Smart move to capitalize on downsizing current 1/35 scale kits. Maybe they will do their modern armor and softskins in 1/48 scale. I grab a HEMTT in a heartbeat.

I agree with Sabot, here good to see Italeri down sizing, It is good to see manufactures still growing and expanding the 48th Market. This makes me happy.

Hmm... I'm no expert, and maybe it's just me, but does the barrel seem overly long?
That AB41 they have there always makes me want to build a trio of them in 35 (already have that), 48 and 72 scale...
Cheers!

So far all of Italeri's 1/48 releases have been down-scales of their 1/35 models - including the errors. And all of Italeri's 1/35 234 series armored cars were full of errors, omissions, etc. But hey! with AM resin wheels, new hull, turret, turned barrel, various accessories, a very nice model will result. Unfortunately it is no longer an Italeri kit.

Stefan,
The barrel does look a bit long, but the 1:35 one is a little short...
