Just had it confirmed, but apparently AlanL's nose for these things was correct - SKP Model are ALSO doing a hard-cab Bedford in injection-moulded styrene in 1/35th scale.

Wait for years for one of the damned things and you get two at once...

Not only in the scale for the visually challenged, but also in Braille Scale - not only IBG but also Airfix - and in the good old 1/76 scale too! Truly a vintage year for Bedfords.
