Question about T-34/85 in Berlin

Did ALL had the bedspring armor? If there are any exception, I'd like to see a pic. Best regards.

No they didn't all have the bedspring armor, nopics to hand but AFAIK it was only one unit that used that type of armor.

I was digging around the hard drive and found a copy of the photo that Pat posted in his link:



I have it marked as "T34-85 Berlin". I'm not sure where I found it, though.

yeh most of the t34's wouldn't have had bedspring armour. In fact there are only about 5 decent pics of tanks with this type of armour. The white stripe around the turret was very common on tanks in berlin though.

Well I got it from here I wonder does anybody make decals for that tank - I'm a Mayakovsky fan

Thanks a lot for the pics, I want to paint my T-34/85 as a tank in berlin, but wasn't sure about the bedspring armor... Let's see what happens. Best regards.
