Any nice pics of Polish 76(W)s?
"only" 64 participants? But how many are planning multiple builds? Depending on how things go, I may also have a bash with my 1/72 DML Firefly as a quick build, just to get something done (finished 10 models last year, 0 so far this year

)

Hey Neil !
Vol 2 and my other references have good pics of Polish 76 (W)'s. 1st Polish Armored were issued them to replace M4A4 and Vc losses.
Do an image google, you should get some pics. Otherwise we may be able to dig some pics up
Cheers

I'm also contemplating covering my Sherman with spare tracks, as was common practise with the Poles
Oh, and putting it on a diorama base with 6+ figures. This is how Icarus started out...

While cruising the web for more Sherman kits I came across a Mk III on sale for $21.99, but I forgot which site I was visiting

So the Italeri M4A1 and some resin hulls to the rescue.

Welcome back from your vacation Beans

it seems that everyone has at least 3-4 Shermans in their stash.
@ Paul: I also picked up a 1/72 UM M4A2(76)HVSS just to try a build in that scale since Jan Etal has had so much fun with his over in "Campaign in the Pacific"

Greetings all. I haven't signed up yet but very likely will as soon as I complete some builds for other campaigns I'm currently in. My first campaign was a Sherman one in which Biggrip74 and I "met" so there's a bit of nostalgia here for me.

Currently the stash contains three Braille scale M4 variants.
Dragon M4A3 VVSS 105mm
Dragon M4A3 VVSS w/ Deep Wading Gear
Revell M7 Priest
I'll announce a choice(s) once I'm in.
Cheers,

In honor of my dog, Sherman, I'm in. I've never done a campaign before and it seems like a good one to start with. I'm going to build Tamiya'a M4A3 because I always thought the figures in this kit were cool. I'm thinking of building OOB, but I'll see where it takes me.

Going to do either the mine roller T1E3 with the Dragon Normandy Sherman.
Or the Dragon Tarawa one or maybe the Academy M4A2 with fading trunks and AFV club tracks.

Beans,
I think a few of us have listed Sherman IIIs (British designation for M4A2) in our plans! (I've got a Tasca one to do, and just got hold of the Dragon Sherman III with welded hoods...) I can't recall if anyone has committed to a Russian one yet.
