I am looking for any information that I can get on the Humvee prototype that mounted the M242 Bushmaster 25mm gun system.

I have had little luck using things like Google. So, I hoping that someone knows someone who knows someone that has pictures or other data sources.

I have a few pictures out of the Hummer In Action and HMMWV in Action to name a few.

I'll take anything and everything I can find.

Thanks for your time,

Brent

Hi Brent.

I've got these pictures on my disc:

Also I've got pictures of Yann Jouault's WIP:

All photos I've found on www.missing-lynx.com site, I guess...

And take a look at Pawel Krupowicz's site http://www.vodnik.net/ (Galleries) - he has made an excellent model of this Humvee version.

Kuba, Thank you a ton for posting all of that information. Your photo's of Yann's conversion shows me a couple of corrections on my kit that I need to make but didn't identify previously. Pawel's link will be of some use to me as well. Thanks again.

It looks like Yann is doing a similar conversion to mine.

One thing that I've determined with everyone's help is that there were at least 3 prototype vehicles which I find very interesting. I draw that conclusion due to differences between the different vehicles that I've looked at (i.e. wheel hubs, bumpers, hard tops, etc.).
