Basically, I’d like to build an M4A3 on Iwo Jima but I’ve noticed most if not all of those thanks had peculiar shaped periscope covers. Had to describe without a picture, but they’re basically a box like structure rather than the ‘flip up’ covers I’ve seen on ETO M4. If anyone can understand what I’m talking about, do you know if any aftermarket company produces those covers?
Thanks in advance,
Noah

Osprey's M4 Sherman modelling manual lists their Iwo Jima tanks as having periscopes from Verlinden set 0204 and Top brass PE set 301. I don't know if they have exactly what you're looking for or if the sets are still in production, but perhaps it's a place to start.

If this is what you are talking about, it hardly looks like a box.
It's a circular cover.

Hi Noah:
You could use the Eduard set for the Academy marines sherman, It has those periscope covers and the mesh protections. I hope this will help you.. if don´t want to buy it , it´s very easy to make with estirene sheet.
The code number of the photoetched set is 35765 Eduard..
This is a review.

When you are in the eduard page, go to the bottom at advanced search and type the code number, you will see all the instructions pages, in page 2 those covers appears.
Good Luck. regards.
Gabriel.
