Did any of the arab states have the BTR-70 in service when the IDF went to war with any of them and are they still used.
I want to do a dio with a IDF puma and a IDF Humvee or a IDF namer GP and was wondering if they saw any battles.Would it look funny or would it be some what accurate.
Happy Modeling
Tom
PS:
Not sure if this is the right place but thought since it was a russian armour I would put it here.Sorry if I messed up.

No arab states have used the BTR-70 that can be proven. Iran is rumored to have them (possibly up to 1000), but no photos have surfaced so far.

Most if not all arab nations used or are still using the BTR-60PB. If you don't want to use that, you could use the T-55, T-62, BTR-50, or even BTR-152 depend on how late you want to build your diorama. I know there were a few BTR-152 captured by the IDF in Lebanon.
