Hey guys. Many years ago, someone posted scale versions of posters and carpets that could be simply printed out. I can't seem to find them back. Do I overlook them or were they removed ? Who can help me ? My son has to make a small scale appartment as a school assignment, and my fingers start itching to help him out a bit. I know there are commercial carpets out there, but I don't want to spend money on something that probably can be just downloaded.
If you can help me with this, I'd appreciate your advice.

(you see, I'm slowly getting back to modeling. No matter how hard I try not to, this seems to be stronger than my own will

Hi Jan,
I don't recall the thread you're talking about, but why not just Google "Persian Rugs?"
You can get hundreds of designs and adjust the size to your liking when you print them.
And just so you know, the miniature carpets I bought in Turkey several years ago are perfect for what you have in mind, and they were only a few bucks apiece and look great. You can probably find them online as well.

Hi Jan,

Is this the one?

http://www.printmini.com/printables/pp.shtml

It has a ton of stuff. The rugs are towards the bottom of the page.

Harv

Thanks for that link - I lost it years ago when the old PC died.

If that isn't the one Jan is after I am sure that it will do anyway.

Hi Jan - long time no hear from. Gotta watch that darn modelling itch or it'll get you back here again

I'm not sure if that's the one, but it may well be. It was years ago.

You're welcome Jan and Brian,

I am glad that I was able to help out.

I usually try to save any links that come along on the site as I usually end up going back and using them.

Thanks,

HARV
