To my knowledge, there already are resin models of Buffalo and Mastiff MRAPs. Vajra and Cromwell are the companies that released those kits.
Maybe some more have been done but other posters could add more.

The JAN 2010 issue of Fine Scale Modeler has an article by James Wechsler on page 46 titled "How to Build a Buffalo" MRAP.
I don't have the issue with me to tell you which manufacturer produced it, by I'll check this evening at let you know. It's a resin kit, though...

My WIP will be posted very shortly, Vajra's Buffalo as a US version and a scratch built version with latest armor package.
Richard, FYI, Robert has an extensive collection of images divided into two CDs MRAP I & II. (as well as other references)

You don't have to run too fast... Since my Slat version will be on the full scratch beast..it'll take some time for sure!
