I think that for Bedfords, you had better contact our earlier Editor, John Wilkes.

He is still at the Manchester address as shown in the old Tankette mags. Still no email I am afraid.

Hi Gary , many thanks for the reply , I am 99% certain it is in fact an pre war Austin but which one I do not know as I have no ref for that period .
I compared it to a Austin K4 and the wheels are the same as is the bonnet louvers and the spacing on the rear cargo deck supports all line up . Still it will make for an interesting convertion in 1/24 cheers ian
