Is $55.95 the right price? Seems a tad way too expensive, in any currency!

Another great review, thanks Al.
The set is quite expensive but then you get 3 figures and 2 bikes including PE. I have mine on pre-order at HLJ, should be sent out this week.
Cheers!

You can get it at Luckymodel for $26.99 plus $3.66 shipping = $30.65 total. A LOT less than $55!!

I saw one of these built in the recent soft skin campaign. The figuers certainly look on the top end of 1/35 scale, but there seems to be a wide variation across 1/35 scale figuers depending on who makes them. Some are considerably smaller, some more full bodied and so on. There are alternatives available by both Wee Friends and Resicast and even there you will find a difference in overall build proportions.
I gave up worrying about it some time ago and tend to use similar type figuers although I've mixed both large and small without any problem providing you used the same equipment. Humans come in all shapes and sizes, Bronco's 17pdr crew are also top end of 1/35 scale but fit with many other figuers I have.
I have a Verlinden 1/35 scale Tanker who is quite frankly is a giant .
I don't really see a problem here, but if you preference is for something with a sligher build proportion then go that route.
Enjoy the build.
