I've bought the US figures only to be told the version never served with US forces. Does anyone have the Brttish staff verion who can scan the paint Guide . I prefer making a used version of the kit. Thanks.

While many were exported, the Bantam BRC did serve with US forces, but in small numbers, and very early in the war. There are photos in the Time Life archives showing BRC's with the US Army in the Philippines in 1941, for instance. Only 2500 were procured, compared to hundreds of thousands of Jeeps from Willys and Ford, so they are rare. There are some threads on Missing-Lynx on the Allied discussion board that have photos, if you search there. They also have some photos of the type in British and Soviet service.

I don't have the Brit version. I do have the Russian version and would be willing to swap figures with you. The Russians used them extensively under the Lend-Lease Program. Let me know if you are intested.

Hey Joshua,
Issue 41 of Model Military International has a build up of the British version of the Bantam BRC40.
Cheers
