The tires looks suspiciously like the tires including in all of the various BRDM/BTR kits from Arsenal/Eastern Express (BRDM-1) and DML/Zvezda (BDRM-2, BTR-70, BTR-80) but those do appear to be based on a real tire design - they seem to be a rather weakly defined version of what Hussar sells as "BRDM Polish Tread" only without the sidewall lettering and with shallow tread. Then again, I've not seen the Hussar wheels in person to verify if the cast tread matches the CAD image on their site.
What I find strangest in the hubs. Every image of the BDRM-1 and BRDM-2 I've seen has a distinct hub - rather prominent with six spokes and a tire pressure regulation mechanism. SKP's CAD images seem to show the pressure line for the tire pressure mechanism, but not the complex hub or spokes, and a ring of bolts around the hub.
If you check out the image of the BRDM wheel in situ on SKP's site, the hubs don't even match those on the photo of a BRDM-1 that they've shown beside them. Hmm.
Well, I can't say for sure about the wheels - comparing them to Hussar's "Polish-type BRDM Wheels", their "Russian-type BRDM wheels" and the kit wheels, they do look very like the generic BTR wheels from the DML BTR-70/80 - but the hubs are definitely different from any of the other offerings that I've seen.
Thing is, the hubs also look different from any I've ever seen on a BRDM too. If you check SKP's site, which shows the CAD image of the wheels and a photo of the real thing, they don't match.
