Hi Cyril,
For the most part, the SAS wore US ERDL uniforms.
You may want to check out Osprey's Vietnam ANZACs Australian and New Zealand Troops in Vietnam 1962-72 by Kevin Lyles. Elite #103.
In the book Mr. Lyles writes, "Though a small number of indigenous 'tiger-stripe' uniforms were worn, the US ERDL Camouflage Tropical Combat Uniform quickly emerged as standard SASR operational dress in Vietnam."

Hi Cyril,
like sherb said try out this book. Itīs great with very good Info and superb colour plates. Check out the Photo Gallery here at Armorama. Search for SASR and you will find some plates form this book. They are a great inspiration for painting and some conversion on Figures. Be careful to take the right camo according to the Uniform. The only Figure from Bravo 6 with the possibility for painting Tiger stripe is the one from the set B6-35019 "Jungle Make-up" Australian SAS, Vietnam'68. All the other have the Tropical Combat Uniform 3rd pattern. For this only OD-107 (standard green) or the ERDL Camoflague in different colour variants is possible. For SASR only ERDL. The standard green was sometimes worn by some Officers but only at base. Never in the field. Check out http://www.vietnamgear.com. Itīs a very good info site for the Colours. Hope this helps.
