Here's my Tamiya Bundeswehr "Gepard" flakpanzer...
It's an older kit. You can pic one up from eBay for $20 or so. I liked it and will probably do another one one day!

It looks a little glossy but that could be the just the pictures. Overall it looks to be a very clean build, well done.

A well built kit and as CMOT replied; it may be just the pictures but with a little bit more of weathering, it will be outstanding.

Thanks for your comments thus far, guys!
Yes, the shine is from the nuclear flash my camera puts out! The finish itself is flat as a pancake!
The hardest part of this kit was fabricating the muzzle breaks after I messed them up. I got a brilliant idea to "drill out" the solid ends of the barrel; but ended up melting the plastic. Fortunately I was able to find some styrene tubing from Evergreen at my local HobbyTown and it fit just right.

Richard,
Congrats on a very nice Gepard! And well done salvaging the guns - there are aftermarket guns out there to help, but the wonky guns on mine will be covered up with canvas travel covers to hide the horror... (Luckily I found a pic of one in travel/stored mode.)
Thanks for posting the pics!

Nice build !
BTW the German Army announced they will mothball all Gepards this year or so due to cost reduction.
Very smart, when the new replacement system consists of a wooden mockup only.
Isn‘t it good to know that your own brass strips you off the combat equipment one would need before they send you off for the "chop".
Should build one myself!
Cheers
